Elimination Round :
1. Word limit for abstracts : 300 words
2. Abstracts must be in a single paragraph format only.
3. The last date of submission of abstract is 18th January, 2010, 2359 hrs.
4. The entries must be mailed to literati2k10@gmail.com with the subject as ELECTROVISTA.
Note: The abstracts must be precise and compact. Unnecessary usage of flowery language should be avoided.


Final Presentation :

1. Final presentation will be of 10 + 2 minutes(to sum up).
2. Marks will be deducted if the presentation exceeds the stipulated time.
3. Students are advised to follow the guidelines below, as followed by the IEEE standards:
4. A4 paper size
5.Times New Roman, Font Size = 10, Interline space = 1.5 pt, Justified 2 column format compulsory
Margins : Top = 19mm, Bottom = 43mm, Sides = 13 mm
Column Width = 88mm, Space between columns = 4mm
Max. no. of pages = 8
6. Figures & illustrations appropriately numbered and indexed
7. References must be completely given and should be provided at the end according to IEEE format.
