Elimination Round :
Word limit for abstracts : 300 words
Abstracts must be in a single paragraph format only.
Note: The abstracts must necessarily sum up the essence of the final paper, including the thought process and the key ideas. Unnecessary usage of flowery language should be avoided.
All abstracts must be mailed latest by 2359 hrs, 18th Jan, 2010.
Final Presentation :
Final presentation will be of 10 + 2 minutes.
For the purpose of standardization of the papers and improving the quality of presentations, students are advised to follow the guidelines below, as followed by the IEEE standards:
A4 paper size
Times New Roman, Font Size = 10, Interline space = 1.5 pt, Justified
2 column format compulsory
Margins : Top = 19mm, Bottom = 43mm, Sides = 13 mm
Column Width = 88mm, Space between columns = 4mm
Max. no. of pages = 8
Figures & illustrations appropriately numbered and indexed
References to be provided at appropriate places
A list of references to be provided at the end according to IEEE format
