Rules and Regulations for Final Presentation
- The time duration of each presentation would be 10 +2 min
- The participants are required to submit 2 copies of their hard copy to the event coordinator latest by 27th Jan, 2010, 10 am.
- Participants from outside colleges are required to mail their reports to microsearch.literati10@gmail.com latest by 27th Jan 2010, 10 am.
- Entries in the waiting list would be confirmed by the event coordinator latest by 24 Jan 10 am.
FORMAT FOR HARD COPY
• For the purpose of standardization of the papers and improving the quality of presentations, students are advised to follow the guidelines below, as followed by the IEEE standards:
• A4 paper size
• Times New Roman, Font Size = 10, Interline space = 1.5 pt, Justified
• 2 column format compulsory
• Margins : Top = 19mm, Bottom = 43mm, Sides = 13 mm
• Column Width = 88mm, Space between columns = 4mm
• Max. no. of pages = 8
• Figures & illustrations appropriately numbered and indexed
• References to be provided at appropriate places
