1. Each round will have news bulletin, which would affect the price of the products and total worth of the round.

2. For the round, each team will view 4 doors after they have logged in. They need to select any one door. Each door has its own worth, thus selecting a door also add points to one team.

3. After selecting a door, team will see images of product and as they click on the image, they can view the advertisement of the product.

4. Team can access internet to know the price of the product.

5. After that, the teams have to set the approximation on Risk Meter, i.e. how close they believe they can be while deciding the price.

6. Finally the teams will have to lock the total price of the door. In case if the team select a door which has nothing, then they can play for smaller products.


Note:


It is not necessary that the price of small products are less, they can even be higher than the door price.

1. Each team consists of at most two Members.

2. Entry fee is Rs.20 per team.

3. Game consists of 8 rounds.

4. Elimination round commeneces with Round 6. Each team has to fulfill certain minimum criteria to enter in next round.

5. Game will go on for two days, 4 rounds per day.

6. In case of any tie/doubt, the decision of the organizing committee will be final and abiding.


Rules for non-elimination round:

1. The game is a software simulation.

2. First five rounds will be non-elimination.

3. Each round consists of two phases.

4. In the 1st phase, each team will be required to select one door among the four doors available, out of which one door has a “Null Vector” (Door with no prize money).

5. Each door will have a product and some points associated with it.

6. In the 2nd phase, the team will be required to guess the market price of the product in the door. Before guessing the price, the teams will be required to set the risk level. For example: if player selects the risk level of 10%, then he should guess the price of the product with an accuracy ranging from [-10% - +10%) (-10 inclusive and +10 exclusive).

7. Points awarded or deducted will be based on door points and risk factor involved.

8. Positive point will be awarded if the guess amount is in the permissible range. Less is the risk level lesser will be the points awarded point.

9. Negative point will be awarded, if guess amount is not in the range. Less is the risk level; the more the points will be deducted.

10. If “Null Vector” is selected, then the player will get an additional chance to gain the points by playing for mini doors.


Rules for elimination round:

1. Elimination will start from Round 6 where each team will have to fulfill certain minimum criteria to move to the next round.

2. Criteria for qualifying this round will be declared on the day of event.

3. Scheme for positive point will remain same whereas there will be an alteration in the negative marking scheme which will be declared at the time of event.

4. If any Null Vector is selected during the elimination round, then the player will be allowed to select any door from rest three doors (none of which contains Null Vector). Player will play the round in as usual format, the only difference is that the user will be awarded only a fractional amount of positive points from the positive points scored in current round. If negative point is scored in the current round then same amount of point will be deducted.

5. The fraction will keep on decreasing with increasing rounds.
